These Terms and Conditions govern all contracts, measuring surveys, and physical installations supplied by Windows St Helens.
All written quotes are transparent, fixed upfront, and provided free of charge with zero sales pressure. Quotations remain valid for 30 days from date of issue.
Every installation is carried out by our own directly employed, FENSA-approved fitting team. Upon completion of glazed door or window installations, we register the work with FENSA and your local authority to ensure complete UK building regulation compliance.
Our UPVC window profiles, composite door frames, sealed double glazed units, and hardware mechanisms are covered by our 10-year insurance-backed guarantee against manufacturing defects, warping, or seal failure.
Our installation team respects your family property and guarantees 100% removal and ethical disposal of all old frames and building debris upon job completion.
